Once you have obtained your tourist visa and flight, be sure to view our various holiday packages to go along with it. With our select trips and excursions, your journey awaits. Your only requirement will be to show up at a certain meeting spot, and the rest is handled for you.

NOTE: Outback Express, The Challenger, Coastal Cruise, Scenic Southlander, and all Custom Trips include accommodation. A credit card and $250 deposit is required for these bookings. Local treks: unless noted, do not include accommodation, and a $20 deposit is required.

    Adelaide to Alice Springs

Begin your journey in the coastal city of Adelaide with a hilly, but beautiful ride to nearby Port Augusta; cycle through the beautiful lakes and wine country as you explore the central South Australia countryside; ride north, stopping and camping in Tallaringa park, before peddling through into the outback, past lush wetlands, and arrive in Alice Springs; Your journey will end with a campsite near the breathtaking Ayers Rock.

Begin in Alice Springs at sunrise viewing Ayers Rock in all its colorful hues; Push East through a beautiful deserty stretch along Highway 12 through some of the most rugged parts of Australia, if not the planet; camp near a creek in Boulia; peddle and admire Astrebla Downs National Park and beautiful Diamantina Lakes; head north through the White Mountains, then connect with Australia's Highway 1 through more rugged outback, before your final stretch to the coastal town of Cairns.

Frequent Questions

If you have chosen to take an escorted (guided) trip, we will email instructions and location details to you at least 48 hours prior to your departure. If the trip is self-guided, then we will include accommodation details and check-in times at the time of bookings.

Within your packet of information which will be sent to you, you will receive a full listing of the checkpoints along the way. Although some of the trips include basic camping, most hotels are 4-star rated. We also do not have any trips which require camping more than 1 night. All accommodations are close to the bike route you will be taking, and offer highly-reviewed properties.

If you cannot finish your trip, then any out-of-pocket expenses to return to your departing city must be paid for by yourself or your group. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on these expenses. However, you can contact us while on the road to determine the best option for your return to the departure city or home.

Group trips of 5+ can be guided. The cost is noted on the trip itself. By having a guide, you will cycle alongside each of the given routes at a comfortable pace, which you can communicate before beginning your trip.

To determine which dates are available, contact us and we can work with you to determine your arrival and departure dates. If you are taking an unguided trip, then most dates are available.

Included in your trip payment to us is:
  • A self-guided packet of information, including a map with all checkpoints, difficulty levels, and shortcuts.
  • All accommodations are included
  • Airport pickup (transfer from airport to starting point and/or hotel)
  • Airport dropoff (transfer from hotel to airport)

You may bring your children, however it's recommended they are 18 years of age or older.

Yes. For groups sizes of at least 10 people (including children), we offer a 15% discounted rate for all travelers. Please be sure to mentioned your group to our sales represenative in our Book Now form.
